In December 2008 I competed in my first competion. I finished 8th in the 2D in the 1st go of the Juvenile Futurity in Oklahom City.

I came back in the second go and finished 14th in the 1D.

2nd go

December 12, 2008 I finished 5th in the $uper $takes worth $12,500.

Jason & Leslie had partnered up with Fortune 5 Barrel Racing. Fortune 5 Barrel Racing owned the slot.

I was number 38 of 50 horses to run and I ran a time of 15.948.

The very next weekend at the Futurity at the Clack a drome I finished 3rd in the 1st round and would have won the second round but tipped over a barrel.

January 1-3 was the Southern Rebel Futurity in N. August, SC.

I finished 4th in both goes and was 3rd in the average.

January 16-18 I placed at the Central Mississippi Futurity. This is the last place I competed before colic.

January 22-25 was the IBRA Futurity at Murfreesbro, TN.

On January 23, 2009, a horse owner's nightmare. I began to get sick and Leslie noticed right away. She lead me over to the Performance Equine trailer. Where they did everything possible to make me feel better, but nothing worked.

After several hours Leslie and Carol Ann Coffey loaded me on the trailer and headed for Lexington, KY.

Arriving in Lexington, KY at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital at 2 am. Dr . Hopper and team where waiting. I had surgery that night and came through it great.

For 60 days I was hand walked twice a day for 30 minutes at a time. At the end of those 60 days I became quite the clown I would grab the lead rope and try to take it out of their hand or just jump in the air for no reason.

In April Leslie began to get me back in shape.

April 24-26 I competed in a futurity for the first time since surgery.

It was in Canvas, WV at Good Evening Ranch. I placed 4th in the second go.

I finished 25th at the Old Fort Days Futurtity out of 420 horses.

I place 3rd in the first go and 5th in the Average at the West Virgina Barrel Futurity in June 13-15
